Lilian has more than 20 years of experience in design excellence and successful deliver NDIS Group Homes, residences and educational projects. Since 2005 in Sydney Lilian
worked at renowned companies such as Rice Daubney and
Fitzpatrick and Partners looking after prestigious projects. The last
5 years her focus has been on her passion for
improving housing for the disabled, houses for families and children's education and wellbeing.

At InnovateDesign, we believe in a collaborative and client-focused approach. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and ensure that we deliver results that exceed their expectations.
An accurate design and documentation is also implemented to projects to reduce the RFIs from site and mistakes during construction. InnovateDesign works with ArchiCAD software/ BIM, designing all spaces in 3D which makes easier to visualise and understand the future spaces and contributes for coordination with services
(clash detection can be included in the scope).
The company can implement many sustainable initiatives to reduce ongoing costs. The materials are specified from local business to minimise travel and reduce carbon emission and we reutilize local materials to minimise construction waste and cost.
